Linksys Powerline AV Wireless Network Extender (PLWK400)

I plugged each adapter into power outlets in different rooms on different floors and the product worked immediately with no setup. It literally took one minute to connect the adapters to my wireless N router and to my PS3 and Dish Network receiver on another floor. The speed was solid enough to stream on-demand content, but I have not performed speed tests yet. Granted, I have only used this product for one day thus far, but so far it operates as advertised. I was pleasantly surprised how quickly everything was up and running.

I bought this device to avoid streaming video through my computer to my LCD TV, which has an Ethernet capability. It was the right price and arrived on time. It took 5 minutes from unpacking to complete installation, including initializing the TV for streaming. I also liked that it didn't have a polarized plug so I didn't have to rearrange existing electrical cords. I apparently didn't encounter problems concerned with circuit breakers. My home network is entirely Linksys and I am a fan.

Western Digital WD Livewire Powerline AV Network Kit 200Mbps - extend Internet to your HDTV

As a former network engineer, I am very satisfied with this product. If you can plug something into an outlet (without getting electrocuted) you can have a network operational in under five minutes. The only downside is that the device connects with a single plug for power and network. This prevents you from connecting it to a UPS, so when you lose power, you lose your network. A sugestion to the manufacturer would be to offer a single-box package so consumers can add-a-room without purchasing an additional pair.

Won't waste time here - the key to all of this is you CANNOT use a power strip. Took one minute to plug one unit into wall and insert cable into router. Took another minute to plug in other unit in opposite end of house. Took one minute to plug into Xbox. Was enjoying Netflix a couple of minutes later. YMMV, of course, depending on your house's wiring - but I am 100% happy with this product.

TP-Link Powerline Adapter (TL-PA211 STARTER KIT)

This is probably one of the easiest pieces of tech gear I've ever owned! Getting these powerline adapters setup literally takes less then a minute. Plug 'em in, connect your ethernet cables, push the setup button on one for 3 to 8 seconds and then do the same for the second unit, and you're done. Very simple and easy way to network your home. I own a few TP Link networking products now and I've been very impressed with their price and performance. I highly recommend these powerline adapters if you're looking for an easy, inexpensive way to network a home.

Great performance streaming Amazon Prime Video and Netflix. I am able to stream HD video to my Sony Blu Ray player without the constant pausing and buffering that I was having with wireless connections. Easy setup...plug them in, press the pair button for 3-8 seconds and repeat on the other one and you're going in minutes right out of the box. Fabulous product.
